My Bucket List : Buy A Motorcycle...Checked

The media has suggested that middle-aged men who ride motorcycles are in the throes of a midlife crisis, simply compensating for their lost youth. I’m not sure what fueled those speculation, but I want to think that it doesn’t have much to do with me.

Not every guy on a motorcycle is going through a mid-life crisis. Some people just want to live life with no regrets; pushing life to the ultimate limit, experience…everything, and reach every goal they set for themselves.

I read somewhere that many seniors wish they made more of an effort to achieve their goals. We all set goals with the intention of accomplishing them, but life tends to get in the way of moving forward. That's why I can't stress enough how important it is to put your goals/dreams/desires in writing.

Last summer I achieved one of my Bucket List goals - "Learn To Ride A Motorcycle", and immediately set another one - buy a bike and continue learning.

And today, I can cross that off my list

Having a Bucket List is not only about feeling accomplished or just having fun along the way. It's not just a list of things you check off and hopefully you get to them all before you die.

IT'S NOT ABOUT THINGS YOU DO BEFORE YOU DIE

IT'S ABOUT THINGS YOU DO WHILE YOU LIVE
